Too many Pommys are sitting in cold shelters, are being neglected and/or abused, and are no longer wanted by their current owners. Opening up your home temporarily to these Angels allows us to help save one Pom at a time!  Without foster homes in rescue, many Poms don't stand a chance and are often euthanized for shelter space.




PPR is a very reputable rescue and take pride in the love and care that we give to each and every one of our rescued Poms.  We provide all medical care from spaying/neutering, vaccinations, microchips, heartworm and fecal tests to any other care the vet recommends, such as X-rays, blood work, thyroid panels, dental work, casts and splints, special diets, etc.


 


All we ask from our fosters is to provide a safe and nurturing environment to help heal the physical and emotional trauma that many of these pups have gone through.  If you can open your home to just one Pom, then that's one life saved.
